Slight elevation recommended for 2-3 weeks, elevated pillow at night as well as sleeping on your back will help, dont bend down too often or for long

Maintain a healthy diet and water intake

What to Expect

Slight swelling, bruising, redness , tenderness and feeling of tightness is not uncommon in the area and will subside within 1-2 weeks
