Policies

You agree to all the following when booking an appointment with us.​

Bullying or rude behaviour is not tolerated, we reserve the right to refuse appointment and stop communication without giving a reason.

Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy

We have a 48 working hr cancellation policy (Sundays are non-working). A fee of 50% will be charged if cancelled or rescheduled within this time.

All PMU Brow treatments and masterclasses require 1 weeks notice.

If you refuse to pay promptly you won’t be able to make future appointments with us.

If you have a deposit paid, this will be kept to cover the fee and a new deposit will need to be paid

You MUST have read all prep and aftercare before booking to avoid refusal of treatment - if this happens you will lose your deposit and need to pay for full treatment

​No Shows

No shows hurt us a lot and are completely unacceptable so the full treatment price will need to be settled before making another appointment.  

Deposits

Deposits are required to save every appointment. It is 50% of treatment capped at £50. All deposits are deducted from your appointment.

All deposits are Non- Refundable but transferable if notice given according to cancellation policy.

​Patch tests

We strongly recommend/require patch tests before treatments such as lash extensions (7days prior), brow tint, brow lamination, PMU Brows (7days prior) arranging this is your responsibility, we do not take responsibility if you fail to do so. You take full responsibility for any reactions if you fail to attend the patch test. No refunds will be given.

Refunds

Under no circumstances we will give refunds, if you are unhappy with your treatment in any way it is your responsibility to let us know BEFORE you leave the studio. We reserve the right to fix an issue if they occur.

  • If you are any more than 10mins late to your appointment you risk losing it along with your deposit and will still need to pay for the full treatment price.

  • Please try to arrive as close to your appointment time as possible. No earlier, no later.

  • We kindly ask you to come to your appointment alone, no plus ones. (if you need someone with you please ask)​

  • We do not allow children at our place due to safety hazards and our insurance policy.

  • Toilet facilities are limited. There is a Tesco 2 minutes via car from us with toilet facilities if needed.

  • For your own discretion our beds’ weight limit is 100kg
